Life Skills Center

Located in Brainerd across the street from our Mental Health Urgent Care Clinic.

​This helpful location is used for the purposes of assisting those in need of daily task management.
Sometimes life is a little, or even a lot overwhelming.
Our ARMHS staff is here to keep everyday things on track. From reminders to advice to how-to’s.
We assist in building and maintaining controls over ones life which are an often overlooked part of every day needs.
